Vice President of Operations

Meg oversees Venture's day-to-day operations and long-term strategy, ensuring the firm runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a client-first approach. She manages internal systems, streamlines processes, coordinates events, and optimizes team workflows to support overall performance. In addition, she plays a key role in client services, leading high-level engagement, and execution across the firm’s policy, political, and communications work.

Before joining Venture, Meg served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of Operations for Congresswoman Laurel Lee, where she led all operational strategy and administrative planning for the office. 

 

Prior to her work on the Hill, she spent several years with Winning for Women, a high-impact political organization focused on electing conservative women. There, she built relationships with candidates and incumbents, led endorsement and vetting efforts, and helped plan high-profile political events and national security briefings.

With deep experience across government operations, campaign strategy, and nonprofit advocacy, Megan brings a versatile and results-driven approach to her work at Venture. 

Megholds a Bachelor of Science degree in Policy, Planning, and Development with an emphasis in Public Policy and Law from the University of Southern California, where she graduated with distinction.
